Order, Cancellation, Refunds, Returns, Shipping and Warranty Policies

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.

Please note that most golf cart orders are custom orders, and require 6-10 weeks for production and delivery. We normally do a production run every quarter (March, June, Sept, Dec). In order to include your cart(s) in a production run, please confirm your order 2 weeks prior.

For custom golf cart orders, a non-refundable deposit for each cart will be required (normally 40% of total price). The balance will be owing before final delivery, or within 2 weeks upon notification that your cart is ready for pickup or delivery, whichever is first . In both cases, someone will reach out to you with all the information and requirements.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled after 48hrs or after they have shipped, whichever is first. Non-refundable deposits will be returned ONLY if the order is cancelled within 48hrs AND production has not started AND the item has not shipped.

To complete a refund, exchange, or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted on golf carts. All golf carts are final sale.

For other products, you have 30 days to return or exchange a product that is defective, or has not been opened or used. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund and a restocking fee may apply.

If a credit card was used, a 4% fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the price unless otherwise specified. For golf cart orders, we can deliver your cart to addresses within 200km of Calgary, AB for a flat rate (as indicated during the checkout process).

For areas outside of 200km radius, an additional $1.00/km (one way, per km above 200km) will be required on top of the base rate. This option may or may not be available depending on workload.

For all other areas, you (the customer) is responsible for all shipping, insurance, etc arrangements. We recommend a service like www.uship.ca , however we are not affiliated in any way with Uship, nor are we liable for any arrangements that you might make with them.

For products other than golf carts, please choose an appropriate service during the checkout process. Be sure that you enter a shipping address that is compatible with Canada Post / United State Postal Service (depending on your location).

Shipment Acceptance

As with all shipping services, do not accept a shipment if there are any signs of damage. Please take pictures and contact us immediately if there are any signs of damage.

Warranty

Each golf cart comes with a 1 yr parts warranty for manufacturer defective items only. Evidence of abuse, tampering, improper (or lack of) maintenance may void all warranty claims.

Batteries that have been damaged by freezing temps, overcharging or by using 3rd party charging equipment are not covered under warranty. Batteries cannot be allowed to freeze or be left for extended periods of time without use or charging. If cart is not able to be stored in a heated space during cold climate, batteries must be removed from the cart and stored in a heated space to prevent freezing.
